The program offered iinform of induction training will look at the cause of the gap or disconnect between education and industry by examing how an enterprise is governed and managed, review the evolution of transcation technology as a way of demistfying financing, look at the available alternatives for investment, overview the available  platform opportunities, discuss the proposed process of transforming and transioning to the industry and exchange views on the evolving trends of the cloud technologies the context of the following headings.

 

1. Situation Status : Review & Appreciate the social-ecomic needs in the country 

   • It is a fact that there is need for food and health; education and knowledge; shelter and infrastructure and also order and eternainment continues to grow in light of the growing population

   • It is also a fact that there are many young people who are graduating from colleges and institutes of higher education who are underemploy or unemployed

   • There is also a huge opportunity for those with skills to provide information and communication services and especially those who are involved in the creation and delivery of learning content and material

   • Funding for the said opportunity is also available throgh individual effort, private and public venture capital, government initiatives and also bank and sacco debt among other lenders.

   • The fact that there is underemployment or unemployment means that there a gap or disconnect between education and inductry that needs addressing to link the graduating learners to the opportunities inthe industry.

2. Linking Industry To Education (LITE)

   • The linkage between education consisting of acdemia, technical and capacity building approach is not adquately meeting the needs in the industry which requires effective contribution in strategic thinking; creative and innovative approach for funding, consideration for emerging infrastucture facility in view of developments in information technology and also production operation and needs that are specific to the purpose of an enterprise

   • The present mindset on the concept of education presumes complession of schooling and entry into another stage of life in the in the industry where learning stops and the need to apply the knowledge that one learned in school matters very little. This skewed perseption continues to the dependancy on foreign view point for activities that require time commitment, skills enhancement, personal effort and trust for financial capital.

   • The CisoNet mission is to address this gap or disconnect between industry and education by promoting skills improvement, lending personal effort as source funding, limiting direct financial debt as the as the main driver of  development and commiting time strategic thinking as as a way of increasing productivity, impact, performance, quality and effectiveness in the economy thereby creating not only gainful employment and engagement but also holding the bull by the horns inmatters development.

   • In this respect, CisoNet has deviced an onboaring strategic concept that promotes learning for a purpose, learning by doing, learning from an example or template thus changing the current mindset where education stops after school certificates.

   • Preview the employment opportunities from strategy through operation , financing and facilitation for an enterprise whopurpose is to create and delivery of of learning content and provision of of information and communication services to the industry

   • Appreciation of the process of certifying associates to make the elligible and available for affiliates and partnership teams and to appreciate the collaboration agreements

   • Recruit, train, fund and post associates for opportunities and employment within CisoNet or its affiliates or partners.  .    

 

On becoming an approved associate, the participant will not only appreciate the opportunity available to them but will also be ellible to being posted to as an affiliate or partnership to provide information service needs and others will become creators of learning content. Thus paricipants with information and communication background as well as mangement and marketing and knowledge of other subject areas will find a gainful employment and work with CisoNet in creating new jobs and supporting the industry with their information and communicatio needs.

4. Site Building : Competence in website development with skills in WordPress or the Wix Site Building Packages

5. Visibility Management : Create visibility through the various social media and profiling platforms 

6. Customer Service : Interact with CisoNet visitors and also provide performance reviews on the activities of CisoNet

7. Marketing : Interact and Collaboarte with colleges of higher education and other information and cummunication services hubs to create awareness of available opportunities and organize onboarding and training events

8. Training : Lead & facilitate onboarding instructions to participants and learners

9. Engineering : Support affiliates & partners in provision and backup of ICT facility

In order to appreciate the stragies that are being used to create employment and link education to industry, the onboarding will examine how the various initiatives that are being undertaken by the Governmant, Multi-lateral and Bilateral bodies, Non Governmental Organizations, Venture Capital Players and Private Sector Enterprises are impacting the needs for employment  in the country. The onboarding will also look at the various sources of funding that can used to finance the associates in addition to private equity funding available through CisoNet.
