The Enterprise development plan (EnterPlan) consists of strategic plan from which programs of projects are abstracted to ease the undestanding and management of the project activities and enable secure and productive transactions. The projects just must be relevant to the expected solution just like questions are relevant to their answers. Thus the management of the enterprise plan needs a system to make available the appropriate information for decision making.
