We are looking for creative and innovative individuals, who in addition to formulating and profiling appropriate employment opportunities that are focused on LiteMission solutions will also give appropriate and responsive solution proposal.    
 
Executive Employment Opportunity : Now that you have undergone a free onboarding, we are sure you will find a befitting opportunity to compliment your education, training, skilling and qualification background to assist CisoNet address the challenge of unemployment and underemployment through its mission of linking industry to education. To this end, we are looking for self driven individuals to take senior top positions in board membership, policy, executive and directors to assist in the formulation, specification and profiling of relevant employment opportunities inform of a projects to meet not only the purpose for which CisoNet was established but to address the needs in the economy and society at large.
 
Project Management : In addition to the executive offices, CisoNet is looking for project managers to not only specify and profile the job requirements of  the projects tasks but to also coordinate and manage the project deliverables. The task executive manager will provide the task associated solution proposal for evaluation and then be allowed to carry out the issues of the task with support of the issue specialist including finance and bill of material. In view of the scope of LiteMission, it is evident that the employment and job  opportunities are almost limitless either in the form of as assignments or salary contracts.

Products and Solutions : In brief and as gathered during onboarding, CisoNet is providing decision science solutions to its clients in the form of data collections, information processing and artificial intelligence to complement the enterprise stakeholders desire to make wise choices based on facts, knowledge and understanding. In this respect therefore CisoNet in partnership with technology, marketing, human resources and systems supply enterprises and companies is providing secure data center facility, fast communication links, efficient and effective computing and storage environment as well as software as a service friendly experience and most importantly this team which will ensure that our clients provide sustainable and resilience services and business solutions to their customers and stakeholders.

Remuneration : The immediate CisoNet priority is to recruit, onboard, empower and provide employment opportunities to an innovative, creative and self driven team that shares the same vision of creating wealth and providing impactable and gainful employment opportunities. In this respect, CisoNet is proposing a concept of learn as you earn in which those who become members will share in the generated proceeds. For example; those who prepare an acceptable employment opportunity profile will earn a minimum equivalent of U$ 40 and those who recruit a member will earn at least 40% of the payment. Project managers and task executives will be remunerated according to the complexity of the exercise. Paid recruitment events and webinar meetings will be distributed to resource persons, content creators, event organizers and facility providers. We are also looking to partner with CisoNodes including colleges, ICT hubs, youth empowerment outlets and entrepreneurship camps. These will be charged a flat rate and be allowed to freely access the onboarding and continued continuing learning material.
