The approval process requires the associate to prepare a proposal based on a percieved opportunities or project in an enterprise leadership,  governance, mangement and operations. For example, at CisoNet, the opportunities include managing its customer service, visibility media, building of applications and also production of onbording learning and training resource. Other opportunities are in mobilization of financial resources and provision of the enterprise operation facility and platform.

The associate who registers will taken through an onboarding program to appreciate the importance of developing an enterprise plan whose strategy will inform a program of projects with activities including budgetting, priorization and transactions to forecast and predict the impact, sustainability, service and profitability of the partnership enterprise.

​Thus CisoNet in collboarion with its associates will assist in identification of employment opportuniities in the form of freelancing, consultancy, contracts and even in direct wage engagement in the local industry as well as internationally especially now the cloud has made it possible to work from any where only limited by the amount of time the associate is willing to devote to the selected opportumity, the effort they want to use, their desire to sharpen their skills and the willingness to lend their returns from a seed capital funding.
