An enterprise is a body corporate formed for a purpose of providing a solution and address any of the human needs including health and agriculture as well as housing and infrastructure, governance and security and also learning and education. The enterprise then establishes its mission, vision and values on which to carryout a focused duty based on a review and feasibility for impact, sustainability and other performance metrics. The enterprise will collapse if it is formed without a purpose.
